On-sale and promotional products cannot be exchanged. Product exchange is allowed once for regular-priced items only; You need to apply within 7 days of receiving the product and ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
The exchanged product must be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products exchange will not be accepted if they are used, altered or damaged due to improper use.
Products purchased online CANNOT be refunded in any LeSportsac stores in Hong Kong. You will get the refund through the original payment method. Normally the refund is made within 30 working days, but it varies depending on your card issuer, bank or electronic payment agency.
If you need to return an item, please feel free to get in touch with us via emailat info@lesportsac.com.hk stating your order number and reason for the return. Product returned nor exchanged without prior notice will NOT be accepted. The item may be re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.
If there are any disputes, LeSportsac or Power Alliance Limited reserves the final right of decision. LeSportsac or Power Alliance Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
