LeSportsac Hong Kong eShop Membership Program Terms & Conditions

Membership Tiers

1.1 Membership Registration
Customers can sign up for LeSportsac Hong Kong eShop Membership for free.

 

1.2 Membership Tiers
Basic Member: Automatically enrolled upon registration, with no spending requirement.
VIP Member: Spend HK$2,000 or more annually to qualify for VIP membership.
VIP membership is valid for 12 months. To maintain VIP status, members must accumulate HK$2,000 in spending within the validity period, after which the membership will be automatically renewed.

Points Rewards

2.1 Earning Points

Members earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent.

Points can be redeemed for eShop cash at a 100:1 ratio. For example, 100 points = HK$1 in eShop cash.

 

2.2 Points Expiry

Earned points expire on March 31 of the second year after accumulation. Unused points will be forfeited after the expiration date.

3. Store Credit Rewards

3.1 1 Store Credit = HK$1 discount for eShop purchases.

3.2. Store Credit has an expiration period, which can be checked in the "Account Center" under "Store Credit"

3.3 HK$50 Store Credit of welcome rewards is valid for 14 days from the issuance date. Unused credits will expire automatically.

3.4 Birthday Reward: Store Credit will be issued on the 1st day of your birthday month and must be used within the same month, after which it will expire.

3.5 Maximum redemption per order: HK$50 Store Credit cannot be applied beyond this limit.

4. Terms & Conditions

4.1 The online eShop membership system and offline in-store membership system are not interchangeable. Points, discounts, and offers cannot be synchronized.
4.2 Points, eShop credits, and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other accounts.

4.3 Fraudulent activities may result in membership termination and forfeiture of benefits.

4.4 LeSportsac Hong Kong reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program with prior notice.
