On-sale and promotional products cannot be returned. Product return is allowed once for regular-priced items only; The reasons for the goods are limited to factory quality, other reasons will not be accepted. The product must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date with original receipt.
The exchanged product must be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products exchange will not be accepted if they are used, altered or damaged due to improper use.
Products purchased online CANNOT be refunded in any LeSportsac stores in Hong Kong. You will get the refund through the original payment method. Normally the refund is made within 30 working days, but it varies depending on your card issuer, bank or electronic payment agency.
If you need to return an item, please feel free to get in touch with us via email at info@lesportsac.com.hk stating your order number and reason forthe return. Product returned nor exchanged without prior notice will NOT be accepted. The item may be re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.
