EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

Exchange or return arrangement will only be granted under the following circumstances:

   1.  Purchased item arrives defective or broken

   2.  The wrong item has been sent to the customer

LeSportsac Hong Kong is only liable for these two circumstances mentioned above if the customer provides sufficient evidence and proof that the purchased item is not in alignment with the described condition mentioned on our website within 7 days from the date that the customer receives the item.

Please get in touch with our customer service team at support@carsac.com.  Your case will be followed up by our customer service team who will request further photo evidence before commitment to any exchange and return.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If a customer places an order on our website but decides to cancel it, please contact our customer service team at support@carsac.com to cancel the order as soon as possible so we can stop the order from being dispatched. If the paid item has been sent out, we are unable to cancel the order and will not refund the total amount paid.
